Karelie is a nutrition and community company built for women.
We create products that fit the life women already have, and we are building a community around the belief that women are stronger together than the world often allows them to be.
Why it exists
Built by someone who needed it.
I am in perimenopause, on HRT, and the mother of two toddlers who do not believe in sleeping past 6am.
I spent months looking for a protein supplement that fit my actual morning.
What I found was too sweet, too complicated, too loud, and designed for someone else's life.
So I started building one.
